Anna Claire turned 2 on June 12, 2009. Where has the time gone? We had a "Dora- themed" birthday party with outdoor water activities for the kids. With the 100 degree weather, we had to do something to keep cool! We had cupcakes and homemade strawberry, banana, and vanilla ice cream, chips and dip, and fruit.
We celebrated Anna Claire's birthday 5 separate times. We were in Winchester the day of Anna Claire's birthday because she was also a flower girl in a wedding, that day after her birthday so we celebrated with my dad and Kay, then with my mom the day after, then Chris's parents celebrated with us at home, then Granny Caldwell, Aunt Kay, Re-Re, Allie, and Avery came to Madison because they weren't able to attend the party, then we had the actual birthday party! What a spoiled girl!
Anna Claire had a blast with all of our family and friends. We are so blessed to have everyone, especially our baby girl. God is so good!
